How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days after artwork approval. If you need a faster turnaround, rush options may be available depending on order size and design. Shipping times vary by location, and we’ll provide tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

Can I order just one custom T-shirt?

Yes! Thanks to DTF printing, we can print single pieces with the same high-quality results as larger runs. Whether you need one shirt or a bulk order, we’ve got you covered.

What file formats can I upload for designs?

We recommend PNG files with transparent backgrounds for best results, but we also accept JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, and SVG files. If you’re unsure, send us what you have and our team will let you know if adjustments are needed.
